Shipping Time & Fees
Shipping fees are weight-based.

Please note: Orders exceeding 3.0 kg within UAE or 2.0 kg for Africa & Asia will require special handling. Contact us at founder@chasinggazal.ae for bulk orders.

Shipping times depend on your destination, usually between 10–21 business days.

We also offer free shipping on select promotions, so keep an eye out!

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

Customs & Import Duties
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges
Since products are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
